Lepjoin Environmental Protection's large-scale seawater desalination equipment can be divided into two categories:
1. Factory pre installed equipment (formed seawater desalination equipment manufactured by the factory as a whole) is classified according to its water production capacity and has seawater desalination equipment with a water production
capacity ranging from 2000 tons per day to 10000 tons per day.
2. Extra large seawater desalination engineering equipment (factory design on-site installation type) is designed according to customer needs, with a water production capacity ranging from 30000 tons per day to 100000 tons per day.
All seawater desalination equipment is pre designed on-site installation type.
process flow
Seawater enters the quartz sand (multi-media filter) and activated carbon filtration system through the water supply pump for filtration;
The filtered water enters the precision and security filtration system after water quality reduction, pH adjustment, and addition of scale inhibitors;
The filtered low-pressure seawater enters the high-pressure pump for pressurization, and the other enters the pressure exchange energy recovery device;
The pressurized seawater is mixed with the high-pressure pump effluent after being pressurized by a booster pump and enters the reverse osmosis membrane stack system;
Under the treatment of the membrane stack, a portion of high-pressure seawater passes through the membrane to form fresh water, which is then stored in the fresh water tank after water quality adjustment;
The remaining high-pressure concentrated water enters the pressure exchange energy recovery device to recover energy and is discharged.

1. Inflow water quality: seawater with a salt content of ≤ 30000ppm in various sea areas (special customization can be made if the water quality conditions exceed)
2. Effluent water quality: meets the GB5749-2006 standard for drinking water quality, and can also be customized to meet higher water quality requirements according to customer requirements.
3. The recovery rate of seawater desalination system is 35% -50%.
4. The entire set of seawater desalination equipment implements PLC centralized monitoring and control.
5. The entire set of seawater desalination equipment is equipped with multi-level protection devices and alarm devices to ensure safe and stable operation.
6. When the seawater desalination equipment fails to produce qualified water, it will be automatically discharged.
7. The on-site monitoring function includes process parameters, power supply voltage, working current, water production flow rate, system pressure, and water quality of seawater desalination equipment.
8. The integrated seawater desalination equipment is equipped with an automatic cleaning system, effectively extending the service life of the equipment and ensuring the water quality of the effluent.
